I am an ardent supporter of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Tech
. I began my personal anti-racist journey in 2020 and I am currently working hard to find my niche in DEI. I simply want to help make a difference. The technology industry has a poor track record in hiring and promoting historically marginalized people and providing equitable compensation. I would like to be a part of the solution. Here are some of the actions I have taken to date in support of DEI in Tech. I am wide open to other ways I can participate. Please let me know your thoughts!
