DEI in Tech
#diversityequityinclusion #eradicatehate #antiracist
I am an ardent supporter of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Tech. I began my personal anti-racist journey in 2020 and I am currently working hard to find my niche in DEI. I simply want to help make a difference. The technology industry has a poor track record in hiring and promoting historically marginalized people and providing equitable compensation. I would like to be a part of the solution. Here are some of the actions I have taken to date in support of DEI in Tech. I am wide open to other ways I can participate. Please let me know your thoughts!
Pro Bono Marketing & Communications Services
Because I am passionate about this initiative, I provide my marketing and communications services at no cost to DEI professionals and organizations. I devote whatever time I can. If you are in DEI and need marketing assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
Support for Anti-Racist Organizations
I provide financial support for Color of Change and the National Urban League. I would like to contribute to others as well. Please send me your ideas!
